CLEAN FOR YOU

Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning and lots of other cleaning services.... probably cheaper than the larger businesses...
because my rusty van doesn't cost as much as their vans.

I recently purchased a Rotovac 360 power carpet cleaning tool to very effectively clean your carpet -- you might even call it carpet "restoration" instead of carpet "cleaning."

Who Am I
who will CLEAN FOR YOU?

For the past twenty years I served as a priest in the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Duluth.  Currently I am taking a break from priestly ministry -- and it is certainly possible that I may return to that ministry in the future.

I now own a home in Hibbing, Minnesota.  I am continuing my education and plan to become licensed as an Alcohol & Drug Counselor.  This cleaning business is my source of income while I study.  By the way, I already have a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of St. Thomas and a Master of Divinity degree from St. John's Seminary in Boston -- more education than your typical 'cleaning guy.'

Who am I?  I am a morally good, educated, trustworthy, hard-working man who really does like to clean.  And I really love people too.

How much does
CLEAN FOR YOU cost?

  • Allow me to give you a bid for carpet cleaning.
Each job is different depending upon the size and complexity of the job.  Yet, so you can get an approximate idea of my pricing, here are some examples of recent bids --
$50 for a large empty bedroom or medium living room --
    $80 for a family room & bedroom --
$210 for four rooms plus a large wool rug --
$210 for a church aisle, sanctuary and entry rugs.
  • $25 (plus tax) per hours is my usual rate for most other kinds of cleaning.  I can give your bathroom a detailed cleaning.  I can clean most windows.  I can steam mop your floors -- and I can use my steam cleaning machine to get dirt out of places that are very difficult to clean.  I can clean a lot of things.  Hey, I can even mow and trim a small yard -- but if you have a large yard, you might want to hire someone with a riding mower.
  • $25 per hour (NO TAX) is what I plan to charge for those who will be on my snow blower route this Winter.  Isn't that nice, the government doesn't collect tax on the removal of snow!
